We work with several blocks of Syrah with Les Collines Vineyard with the goal of blending the different blocks to create our vinyard designate Les Collines Syrah. In 2020, though Block 50 was so different that we bottled it separately to showcase its distinctive qualities.We usually strive for elegance in our wines,but we like this beast.It demonstates the darker, brooding side of Syrah.
