TASTING NOTES:

Wildy floral with jasmine, hibiscus, and orange blossom, this high-elevation Riesling delivers with a fruit basket of white peach, green apple skin, lemon zest and grated ginger. It graces with some tropical notes, showing mango and white pineapple with a pure mineral underlining like wet stone. Racy with acid, rounded, polished, and highly textured, the wine remains focused and elegant on the palate. The lightest touch of residual sugar (0.5%) goes almost unnoticed on the refreshingly dry finish.
