This portion of Blue Mountain Vineyard offers less ripening for the Grenache than any other spot and that makes it ideal for our purpose – we want retain acidity. Grenache’s fragrant aromas of strawberries and spice provide ideal material for rosés; our goal throughout has been to preserve the wine’s freshness and lift.
