Tasting Notes: 

An aromatic fireworks show of potpourri, crushed violet, Sichuan spice, rooibos tea, blueberries and loamy minerals, the Blue Mountain Cabernet Franc puts the cool-climate of the foothills on display. The wine is sincere and savory on the palate, with red fruits, tamarind, and untoasted tobacco. With lots of shape and length, very fine grained tannins taper to a lengthy finish, while notions of peppercorns, cumin seed, and graphite linger on the palate. A spice bomb.
